One minor detail. Boss would not put a photo of henchman.
Thank you for your submission and the suggestions for the facade - both versions very much reflect our design and style preferences. Specific positives: Slanted roof for the 2nd floor makes a lot of sense and allows to create design reference with the roof over the living room Key concern / issue: the variant with the metal sheet panel (which in principle we like) blocks the view towards the south into the garden and surrounding area especially for the 2nd floor music room. The other design questions of competition were not answered and therefore to keep to the purpose of the competition, we need to downrate the proposal a bit for this compared to other competitors.
+ paid attention re: using stone at the base + really like the shape - elegant, simple, yet stately…think it will integrate nicely with the home as well + like the arched doorways & exposed beams - nice design touches + generally very beautiful, and nice renderings - what is the solid stone structure? - plans could use more description to help understand what is going on - windowless bedroom....not practical or enjoyable - not passive solar
Beautiful. Of course I'm a sucker for that color combination. The only thing I would change is to have the overhang over the top windows to provide shading--the door is already recessed so doesn't need it. And maybe another staggered (starting to the right of the door) over the first floor windows. I would build it but my last project was white with wood trim so I'll have to go with new colors on this one.
Very nice but The wall with the toilet does not have a lot of functionality now.
