I am going to build new urban rowhomes. I'm in the very early due diligence stage, and want to attach an image to my financing package, as I am getting the site design completed. I would like to use an existing photo of another project, and "digitize" the image, so that I can change the skin of the building. I would like to change the colors and materials of the exterior, and the lighting elements, etc.
We can either use the photo as the "base" and just change the exterior colors and materials, or we can start from scratch, and design a new rowhome exterior façade based upon the images that I provide. I'm indifferent -- it depends on what is quickest/easiest for the designer. But the actual finished home plans will be very similar to the photo, so using it as either a base, or as a guide, is essential.
Eventually I will have new architectural renderings completed, and those will be made into digital image of the actual design. The purpose of this initial design is to get my partners interested in a project that they can visualize.
There is longer term project opportunity, to complete the digital imaging on behalf of my architect. When the site plans and floor plans are complete, I can work with the designer through ArcBazar to create digital imagery.
I'm just looking for a cool looking urban rowhome design.
Many of these types of products feature wood paneling, so I would like that included. I'd like a deep navy blue on other exterior elements, and either a concrete finish at the base, or a something similar.
