We are in the process of moving into a new space and would like to come up with a design that will accommodate our needs.
Our new space is 1500 square feet and is divided into two equal halves and is almost exclusively an open work environment. Want to create a vibe that is "open but private" meaning we don't want a desk as seen in the current photos where everyone sits next to each other with visible no privacy. At the same time, we don't want cubicles. We need a healthy and efficient mix between both that is creative and unique.
Here are the following things we need designed:
- Work spaces for 12 people that meet the above criteria
- A small lounge area that can fit 2 couches with a coffee table
- Somewhere in the floor-plan, we would like 2 9x9 or 10x8 private offices
The current building is renovated and consists mostly of wood floors and ceilings. We would like to keep this vibe moving forward but would also like to brighten things up with some bright blue which is our brands color.
We have a number of people that use the phone a lot so what we are trying to achieve is an office where there is a conference space (existing) and 2 private spaces that can be used as call rooms but also enough space to fit 12 people comfortably. We are open to all ideas but are thinking that "Space #1" in our attached floorplan will have to be used to fit the 12 individual desks and "Space #2" would need to be the space with 2 private offices and a conference room. However, we are VERY open to seeing a more creative way for this to be accomplished as long as it meets the above listed needs.
I have attached few photos of the current space. These photos reflect the layout of the current tenant and not how we intend to use the space.
