Entire building façade is kept consistent, except for 3 entrances which are visually enhanced. The entrances are taller than the rest of the façade, they are covered in stone, each of them carries a new rectangular awning in a different color and a sign of the tenant’s business. The entrances are 2 feet pushed towards the street to make them more outstanding (the existing entry doors are also 2 feet pushed).
The majority of the façade is in its existing color. Existing building height is enlarged by adding linear brown-painted aluminum panels which unify the building. Existing window parapet-walls are also painted in brown. The existing awnings are re-painted to have an aluminum look.
New lighting fixtures are positioned on each entrance wall and existing columns.
