I would like to add an addition across the back of my house. It would be approximately 27 x 12. I would like it to include an extension of the kitchen 12x9, a bathroom/dressing room 12 x 5 and a bedroom 12 x 13. – total area of approximately 325 square feet.
I would like it to have lots of light and have the feel of an English orangery/conservatory – except not with glass roof.
Pictures the “feel” of the conservatories I like are below.
Pictures of the house are also attached. In addition, the house is shown in the website “mouse over house” at the attached link. http://www.mouseonhouse.com/property/664/18668/
As this is in a homeowners association, the design of renovations must be approved by the architectural committee and in keeping with the original style of the house.
At this point I would just like to have an overall concept – with detailed plans to be drawn if I am satisfied with the initial thoughts.
Above describes what I would like. Want the style to match the current house - but to be in the character of an English orangery/conservatory.
Right now only need idea - but if like ideas and they are approved by the architectural committee, would definitely execute the project. Would like to continue working wiht the winning designer - does not have to be on site.
Exterior materials must be natural - no vinyl, etc.

Creativity, affordability of design, how well it goes with the rest of the house.
